Reminder: annual update for carbon dioxide (CO2), sulphur oxides (SOX) and particles (PM) for 2022

From January 31st 2022, the routine with annual updates of ship performance data for CO₂ and SO_X/PM is re-implemented.

It is the verifier that submits the figures to the CSI database and ensures their accuracy. From 2022 it is no longer possible for ship owners to do the updates themselves in the database. If a ship owner updates information of a verified ship, the verification will be lost, and the ship will need to perform a re-verification with assistance from the verifier.

Verification can be done digitally during the year 2022, due to the continued Covid pandemic.
