Reminder: Annual updates 2021 not required
The Covid-19 pandemic is strongly influencing worldwide activity, maritime traffic included. Changes in shipping operations will influence all vessel performances, causing non-representative performance figures.
Therefore Clean Shipping Index has decided that, for each individual vessel, the next upcoming annual update will be fulfilled automatically, starting from January 1st, 2021. This means no action is required until the next subsequential annual update (if such exists). A voluntary vessel performance update can of course be carried out as usual.
To avoid confusion from above, please NOTE: the expiry of certificates passing the 3 -year validity still requires a new verification for “renewal” (new certificate).
