Lessons learned from the National Allocation of Allowances - The case of Sweden
In 2005, the Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM), in co-operation with the European Commission and Massachusetts Institute of Technology organised two workshops on the subject 'Lessons learned from the national Allocation of Allowances in the European Emissions Trading Scheme'. Ten experts, representing ten different EU member states were asked to produce a country report describing the allocation process in their country.
