Venue, key dates and registration

The conference will be held as an in-person event, limited space will be available for exhibitors.


The conference will be hosted at the Wallenberg Conference Center, located on Medicinareberget close to the Sahlgrenska Hospital, about 3 km from the city center. Address: Medicinaregatan 20A, 431 90 Göteborg.

The welcome recepetion 26/9 will be held at the Wallenberg Conference Center.

The conference dinner will be held at Kårhusrestaurangen on Chalmers, Sven Hultins gata 4, 412 58 Göteborg.


The easiest way to get to Wallenberg conference center is to go by public transport.

Buy tickets and search your travel in the app Västtrafik To Go. The closest bus and tram stop is either Medicinaregatan or Sahlgrenska Huvudentré, from there it’s a short walk to the conference center. From Medicinaregatan you will find signs guiding you to the conference center.

Medicinaregatan: Tram line 6, 7 and 8. Bus line 753 and 258.

Sahlgrenska Huvudentré: Tram line 6, 7 and 8. Bus line 16, 25, 63, 258, 757.v

  • 15 Dec 2022: Website open for submission of abstracts (max 1 page)​
  • 24 Feb 2023: Deadline for submission of abstracts​
  • 29 Mar 2023: Abstract acceptance notification, authors notified of the selection of oral and poster abstracts
  • 15 Apr 2023: Website open for registration​
  • 15 July 2023: Deadline for submission of extended abstracts, deadline for early bird registration​
  • 11 Sept 2023: Final deadline for registration
  • 25 – 28 Sept 2023: Joint TAP & SE conference
