Funding
IVL pursues both research and contract assignments. Research is partly co-funded by the government and industry, and partly appropriation-funded through governmental research bodies, research foundations, and the EU.
The government guarantees currently 30 million Swedish crowns per year in research and development funding granted that partners in industry and business will provide an equivalent sum.
Our contract assignments comprise both short-term commissions as well as more extensive national and international research and development assignments.
